DAY TWO

After lovely breakfast in one of the thatched cottages of Adare, we continued southwest to the fishing village of Dingle on the Dingle peninsula

Just beyond Dingle's brightly painted buildings, steep narrow lanes and many shops, we took the Slea Head Drive, a circuit around the western-most tip of the peninsula

The drive presented the most dramatic views we'd see on our trip

It was also a drive where it didn't matter that we were in a country where they drive on the left side of the road... because there is only one side to Slea Head Drive. Fortunately we didn't meet much traffic coming from the opposite direction
